Modern Slavery Policy

At Ballers Sports Club Ltd, we are committed to conducting all aspects of our business in an ethical, lawful, and responsible manner. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in any form.

We recognise our responsibility to safeguard not only the children who attend our sessions, but also the integrity of our organisation and anyone connected to our operations, including staff, coaches, volunteers, suppliers, and partners.

We take steps to reduce this risk by:

  • Working only with trusted partners and suppliers where appropriate

  • Ensuring staff recruitment follows safe and transparent processes

  • Maintaining clear safeguarding and whistleblowing procedures

  • Encouraging reporting of any concerns without fear of reprisal
