Ballers Sports Club Ltd – Hygiene Policy
At Ballers Sports Club Ltd, the health, wellbeing, and dignity of every child is extremely important to us. To ensure a clean, safe, and appropriate environment for all children and staff, we have the following hygiene guidelines in place.

Toileting and Personal Care
-
All children attending our sessions must be fully toilet trained.
-
Our staff are not trained or insured to change nappies, pull-ups, or provide intimate personal care.
-
If a child has a toileting accident, a coach will assist them in a discreet and supportive way, but parents may be contacted to come and assist if necessary.

Parent Responsibilities
-
Please ensure your child has used the toilet before the session begins.
-
If your child is in the process of toilet training, we kindly ask that you wait until they are fully trained before enrolling in Ballers sessions.
-
Pack spare clothes if your child is prone to occasional accidents – we will always do our best to help them change if needed.

Why This Policy Matters
This policy is in place to:
-
Ensure a hygienic and respectful environment for all children
-
Protect the wellbeing of our staff and their professional boundaries
-
Avoid disruption to sessions due to toileting issues

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of care, safety, and hygiene across all our clubs and activities.
